Vulnerability is a docufilm that addresses the dangerous feeling of "not feeling enough" and does so by telling Nicola Donini's adventure at the Red Bull X-Alps. The the world's toughest adventure race in the world that takes place on a 1200km course in the Alps, you can only fly or walk carrying the equipment in your backpack. When Nicola flies he is unsurpassed and this often puts him in the center of attention, exactly where he doesn't want to be.
Shyness and introversion do not seem champion qualities but the story manages to flip the concept of "victory" and "courage" by questioning the viewer who believes they know what vulnerability is in the days of social media.
